Written by Fred Wise and Randy Starr. Elvis recorded this song at RCAs Nashville studios in October 1963 for his 1964 film Kissin Cousins. The single release reached #12 on Billboards Hot 100 chart, staying on the chart for 9 weeks. It was a million seller and was the A-side to It Hurts Me. There is another song also titled Kissin Cousins that is sung as the title tune. This version of the song is available on Elvis at the Movies, Kissin Cousin/Clambake/Stay Away, Joe soundtrack compilation, and Command Performances-The Essential 60s Masters II.
